Tandoor Cook: Job Duties
  1. Work on Indian Tandoor oven (Clay oven) to make Indian Breads, Kebabs, Sizzlers and listed Tandoor items in the menu.
  2. Marinate tandoor items.
  3. Make appetizers and make regional items.
  4. Inspect raw food material, food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food handling practices.
  5. Substitute for/or assist other cooks during emergencies or rush periods.
  6. Train other cooks in the kitchen on tandoor recipes and to build their skills on the tandoor oven as part of knowledge build up.


Curry Cook: Job Duties
  1. Work on Indian Curries listed in the restaurant menu
  2. Make appetizers and make regional food items.
  3. Inspect raw food material, food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food handling practices.
  4. Substitute for/or assist other cooks during emergencies or rush periods.
  5. Train other cooks on Indian curry recipes and to build their skills on bulk cooking in curries as part of knowledge build up.
